Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

This service typically delivers within 2–5 business days after the order has been processed, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by USPS.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Shipping destination

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the USPS system.


Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

  • Contact USPS directly with your tracking number

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 of the delivery date with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s), if applicable

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
