I'm Kelly, creator and founder of Carousel House Studio. I create bright, cheerful geometric acrylic gouache paintings inspired by nature’s inherent patterns. Drawing on my background in commercial design, I merge precise symmetry and structured patterning with organic natural forms. Each composition is carefully constructed so shapes interlock like a puzzle, celebrating the balance between order and the spontaneity found in nature.

Working out of my home studio in Columbus, Ohio, what began as a therapeutic practice has evolved into a cohesive body of work that reflects my lifelong appreciation for color theory and pattern. Through an intuitive yet deliberate process, I use color relationships and repetition to create a sense of joy, balance, and visual harmony.
